The Phakamani Foundation provides training, loans and ongoing support to women owned, micro-businesses. They operate in rural areas, with particularly high unemployment and scarce job opportunities. They identify women that have a dream to bring lasting change to their livelihoods and a business idea to achieve it.
Phakamani has made loans of R1.5bn to more than 130,000 unique borrowers.

STET empowers young Black South African women through offering them teaching qualification bursaries, mentoring and support. We also offer Coding & Robotics , Mathematics , Information and Communication Technology training in both primary and secondary schools.
STET has selected and supported more than 20 woman to become qualified STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) teachers.
All have been placed in poor communities where their expertise is most lacking.
